Booking Policy

Bookings are now subject to a £20 non refundable deposit, payable by BACS to secure your booking. This paid deposit will be deducted from the treatment total on the day of treatment, subject to the following cancellation terms.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled treatment. If you let us down at the last minute the following terms apply:

No Show - If you do not turn up for your appointment and you have not been in touch to say you cannot attend, you must pay the full treatment price.

less than 48 hours notice - If less than 48 hours notice is given the client will lose their £20 deposit, at the discretion of the therapist*.

*If it is possible to fill your original appointment slot, the £20 will be kept on account as a deposit against your next scheduled treatment.
